Willow Tree Missions on Monroe at 351 W. Monroe functions as our Donation Center. Items to be donated to both Resale Shops are only accepted at our Monroe Street location.

Acceptable Items to Donate 

Willow Tree Missions is dedicated to selling anything safe, clean, and useable under our State and Government laws. Here is a general idea what we can accept. If you have any questions, please contact one of our stores.  

• Clothing - all seasons and sizes, including undergarments
• Accessories -  belts, ties, jewelry, sunglasses 
• Shoes
• Antiques, collectibles, vintage, knickknacks, giftware
• Computers, laptops, and accessories
• Crafts
• Electronics - new, old, vintage items (in working condition) 
• Home decor
• Housewares
• Kitchenware
• Media - books, CDs, DVDs
• Sporting goods
• Toys 
• Furniture (no rips, stains or odors)
• Building material, home renovations, hardware 
• Appliances - big & small (must be operational)
• Medical equipment - Wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs 
• Linens 
• Lawn and garden items

• Health and beauty items
• Baby equipment

Items We Cannot Accept

Willow Tree Missions team members may decline a donation for various reason, such as: not clean, unsellable, non-recyclable, contains hazardous material, cost more to repair/refurbish than can be sold for, unable to assist in unloading large/heavy items that may cause risk/injury to persons or damage to donor’s vehicle. We do not offer home pick-ups. 

• Adjustable/Hospital Beds 
• Aerosol Cans 
• Bathtubs/Jacuzzi tubs 
• Blinds with cords  
• Books that are in poor condition 
• Box/Console TV’s 
• Carpet 
• Car Seats/Car Seat Bases 
• Ceiling Fans (unless new in box) 
• Cribs/Bassinets 
• Conference Tables 
• Countertops  
• Dehumidifiers 
• Dishwashers made before 2014 
• Electronics for recycling 
• Encyclopedias 
• Entertainment Centers (large) 
• Executive Desks/L-shaped Desks 
• Exercise Equipment (large)

• Furniture which is dirty, ripped or has an odor 
• Granite/Marble slabs (unless attached to a cabinet/base)  
• Light Fixtures (unless new in box)

• Pianos/Organs (electronic keyboards are okay)
