Requirements:

  • A strong driving passion for helping others and a willingness to work "in the trenches" where need and hurt abound
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience and two years of leadership experience
  • Experience in fundraising, development, and grantwriting is helpful
  • Skilled in public speaking
  • A strong, solid faith in Christ as we are a Christian mission
  • A strong and solid personal support system
  • The ability to be flexible, well-organized, and work independently

Pay will be dependent upon education and experience.  Salary will be discussed with qualified applicants.

POSITIONS COMING SOON:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:

Serve as primary point of contact for organization
Answer calls and screen/field as necessary
Make appropriate references to outside community organizations that can provide assistance
Maintain online calendars for ED and FSC
Assist with development and maintenance of prevention and outreach materials
Serve as organization-wide network administrator
Maintain and screen security camera operations
Troubleshoot printer, internet and network problems
Provide general assistance to ED and FSC as needed by taking on responsibilities that can be completed at desk

FAMILY CARE COORDINATOR

Completes client intake process
Writes care plans
Provides crisis counseling
Assists with Order of Protections and SNCO's
Attends court with clients
Leads/facilitates trainings, classes, groups for clients
Helps clients access financial assistance programs
Helps clients search for housing, jobs, etc
Track clients' progress through their plan and maintains contact
Actively seeking out individuals who may need help
Provide positive and caring interactions with everyone
Financial Tracking/Reporting
Helps retain records of financial assistance provided to clients
General Services
Provide prayers, positive encouragement for non-dv clients through phone calls or one-on-one meetings
